Refurbished Machines
Our in-house expertise allows us to provide full machine and cell refurbishment, from manufacturing and replacing worn items, to totally re-wiring and integrating a brand new control system. We bring new life to worn robotic and automated manufacturing systems.
R&D Trials
Pentangle works with customers to assist them with research and development engineering, to perform various trials to perfect each individual application. Process trials are undertaken on our in house robots in our trials and development area.
Pentangle’s close relationships with its robot strategic partners allows a large variety of equipment and technical knowledge to be available for trials and process solutions.
We have a particular expertise in robotic welding trials.
Servicing & Spares
Pentangle offers full after delivery servicing, repair and testing to its customers alongside breakdown cover.
We keep a comprehensive stock of spares at all times for fast on-site repairs and minimum machine downtime.
Robot Training
We offer robotics training courses in-house or on site that are tailored to a customer’s exact requirements. Courses combine practical training on one of our stand-alone robots or on a customer’s new machine, prior to machine dispatch.
Part of our on-going commitment is to spend time with our customers so they can acquaint themselves with their new machine and feel comfortable going into production. Technical support is also just a phone call away.
