Pentangle Engineering Services Ltd (The Company) will always take its social responsibilities seriously and work with customers, suppliers, and the general public to that end. The roles and responsibilities of the Directors will be performed in an appropriate manner to secure transparent, sound and responsive decision-making.
The Company shall disclose information (and have Non-disclosure agreements where necessary) in compliance with laws and regulations to strive to ensure good management through positive communications and supply of information.
The Company will treat all people equally in relation to human rights and always endeavour to consider customers and suppliers human rights policies.
Health and Safety
The Company recognises and accepts its responsibilities to work closely with all staff, visitors, customers, suppliers and the general public with a view to keeping all parties safe.
With the aim of working towards a pleasant natural environment, The Company will strive to protect the environment at every stage of our business activities.
The Company is dedicated to providing all clients with services which conform in all respects to their expectations and the Company operates a management system which meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and is committed to continual improvement.

Environmental Policy Statement
The Company recognizes that it has an impact on the environment and is committed to continual improvement on environmental practices wherever possible.
Our aim is to implement an environmental management system appropriate to the location, scale and nature of our activities.
- Strive to meet all relevant environmental legislation.
- Review our activities and procedures yearly and make improvements if possible.
- Minimize use of energy.
- Minimize waste by – Reducing, Reusing and Recycling.
- Purchase, where possible, environmentally friendly goods.
- Keep staff informed of environmental issues and involve them in improvements.

Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
The Company Management recognizes and accepts its responsibilities to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of all its employees, contractors, visitors and those members of the public who may be affected by the company’s activities.
The aim of Pentangle Engineering Services Ltd is to promote, set and maintain the highest standards for health, safety and welfare matters. This will be achieved by:
- Providing adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from work activities
- Consulting with employees on matters affecting health and safety
- Providing and maintaining safe equipment
- Ensuring safe handling and use of substances
- Providing information, instruction and supervision for employees
- Ensuring all employees are competent to do their tasks
- Preventing accidents and work related ill health
- Maintaining safe and healthy working conditions
- Reviewing and revising this policy as necessary
The company will endeavor to eliminate any hazards which may result in personal injury, illness, fire, security losses, property damage and harm to the environment.
Quality Policy Statement
Pentangle Engineering Services Limited design, manufacture, refurbish and service special purpose machinery
The Company is dedicated to providing all clients with services which conform in all respects to their needs and expectations and the Company operates a management system which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is committed to continual improvement.
This Policy, together with all other components of the Company Quality System are mandatory and will be observed by all who act, in whatever capacity, on behalf of Pentangle Engineering Services Limited. No deviation from prescribed procedures should take place without authorisation from the Managing Director or the QMS Manager.
The Managing Director accepts responsibility for communicating to all staff involved within Pentangle Engineering Services Limited commitment to quality and for ensuring that the Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained. The Directors has formally made this commitment towards the achievement of Quality Objectives.
The QMS Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the system.
Quality objectives will be reviewed and analysed within the six monthly management review meetings. Given the progressive nature of Quality Assurance, management undertakes to adopt any relevant improvements and developments which will serve to keep the Company at the forefront in all quality matters.
