Robotic Welding
If you are looking for robotic MIG, TIG, plasma or laser welding, plasma or laser cutting, spot or projection welding, we are able to integrate and support a variety of robotic welding solutions.
Mechanical designs are created in house on Pro-Engineer Creo 6 solid modelling software and are viewed by the customer for design acceptance prior to any manufacturing. Electrical control systems are also created in house on E-Plan design software.
Projects are assembled and tested at Pentangle, with customer acceptance, prior to despatch. The ability to produce in-house trials and samples provides assurances to both the customer and Pentangle prior to placing an order.

All mechanical designs are created in the latest Creo 6 3D modelling software and time is taken to discuss the issues and possible solutions before developing concepts prior to creating the specialised machinery.
Control Systems
Our in-house electrical control department covers control system design and build, from a basic tool to a full-blown automation assembly line as well as control system upgrades and safety systems.
Pentangle Engineering’s automated control systems are created using the latest level of E-Plan electrical designer and we work in partnership with all major PLC and control system manufacturers.
We also offer sub-contract services for electrical design, panel building, panel wiring and robot services for all your bespoke or automation requirements.
